The third phase of the Yangtze River Regulation Project has invested 260 million yuan (104%) in Zhenyang reach, 708.21 million yuan (116%) in Jiangsu section of the main stream of the Yangtze River, 100 million yuan (111%) in Baguazhou branch of the Yangtze River, and 525.57 million yuan (104%) in the improvement of embankment capacity and the emergency treatment of bank collapse. The adjustment and construction of the Huangdun Lake flood detention area in Huaihe River has completed 345 million yuan, accounting for 100%. The investment of Jiuweigang pumping station in coastal water conservancy construction is 20 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of Simu sluice project in Dafeng City is 172 million yuan, accounting for 115%; and the investment of seawall consolidation project is 15.81 million yuan, accounting for 100%. The investment of provincial water conservancy projects was 147.31 million yuan, accounting for 90%. The investment of River tributary management is 21.12 million yuan, accounting for 102%; the investment of small dangerous reservoir reinforcement is 10.249 yuan, accounting for 96%; the investment of drainage capacity construction in key flood-prone areas is 30 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of disease-prone sluice is 97.77 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of weak link construction after water conservancy disaster is 13.37 million yuan, accounting for 102%. The investment of key regional harnessing is 314.25 million yuan, accounting for 104%; the investment of Yongan River harnessing is 223.77 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of Jiuqu River harnessing project is 10 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of Bagang River pumping station expansion project is 7.13 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of embankment reinforcement project in Suzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is 50 million yuan, accounting for 100%; the investment of Zhengji River water diversion expansion project is 16 million yuan.
