Jiangsu Fangyang Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd: Delivery of Double Hanging Point Hydraulic Hoist

      At the end of the year, Jiangsu Fangyang Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. sent four hydraulic hoists to the site. They are two hydraulic hoists with double hoisting points for steel gates, three meters and three.7 meters respectively. We will design and manufacture the equipment according to the customer's needs to ensure that the equipment meets the customer's needs. These hydraulic hoists are now installed and completed. During the installation process, special attention should be paid to the following. What time?

1. The installation position and connection size of the hydraulic hoist shall meet the requirements of its installation layout and related technical documents. Before cylinder installation, the actual position and connection size must be carefully reviewed to avoid additional assembly and disassembly workload.

2. When installing hydraulic hoist on site, dirt, rust, sand and fine debris must be removed first.

3. If the hydraulic hoist itself does not have an appropriate lifting lug, it should be lifted by a thick sling. If the hydraulic hoist has lifting lugs, it should be used as much as possible in the installation process and equipped with rated load hooks.

4. During the whole process of installation, dirt is not allowed to enter the hydraulic system. Therefore, the pipe joint should be tightly capped and sealed. Care must be taken in hoisting to avoid damaging the piston rod and its surface coating. In order to get a good working condition and minimum noise, the hydraulic hoist should be exhausted.

5.Finally, after the installation of the hydraulic hoist, no-load operation test, linkage test operation with gate (no water) and formal test operation should be carried out respectively.
