Operational procedures
1. Construction units should install Hoists on flat and solid foundations with good visual field, and the fuselage and anchor must be firm. The center line of hoist and guide pulley should be perpendicularly aligned, and the distance between hoist and guide pulley should generally be no less than 15 meters.
2. Before adjusting and assembling, we should check the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety ratchet, transmission pulley and so on to make sure that it is safe and reliable before it can be operated. The wire rope must be arranged neatly on the drum, and at least three rings should be retained in the operation. During operation, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the hoist to prevent accidents.
3. When lifting heavy objects to stay in the air, ratchet insurance cards should be used in addition to brakes. It is strictly forbidden to leave the post without authorization when operating.
4. In the work, we should listen to the commander's signal. When the signal is unknown or may cause an accident, we should suspend the operation. We can continue the operation until we know the situation. In case of sudden power failure during operation, the brake knife should be opened immediately and the transported articles should be put down.
